Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel’s toned body has always stunned her fans. She is one of those celebrities who look much younger then their actual age. At the age of 43, Ameesha manages to look as if she is in her late 20s with a very strict fitness and diet routine. She has been one of the most well known fitness freaks in Bollywood for quite some time. Ameesha has reportedly said on many occasions that she would prefer to workout for ten hours then to go under the knife to maintain her looks. She has been an inspiration for many fitness enthusiasts. Ameesha has always been emphasising on the combination of Yoga, strength training and healthy eating for a balanced fitness routine. On the international Yoga Day she had put a yoga pic on her twitter handle. Two days later she put up two dead-lift videos that have shown once again why she is so fit. In these videos she can be seen doing dead-lifts with her trainer at the gym.

Earlier, on the International Yoga Day she had posted a picture of hers doing yoga. The video bears a caption, “Yoga .. strength training .. healthy eating .. healthy living .. makes for a happier healthier fresher younger you .. be fit and fabulous always tweethearts” inspiring her fans to follow a balanced fitness routine.
